smart Water Control fits on your garden tap to regulate water supply while the smart Gateway synchronises your smart system via the internet. This helps you water your garden in the most efficient way, keeping your plants looking lush while still saving every precious drop of water.

Guided by the GARDENA smart App, the smart Water Control will then only do the watering, if it needs doing. For example, after a long wet and rainy spell or if rain is on the way, then the GARDENA smart App can check the local rain forecast or the soil moisture level with a smart Sensor, which is a useful optional extra, and adjust your schedule. In winter you can put your irrigation system in hibernation, the App even warns about frosty weather. You can monitor, activate and adjust your garden's irrigation system at anytime, anywhere.

The smart Water Control Set is fully connected via the smart Gateway to the GARDENA smart system, which includes robotic lawnmowers, irrigation controls, a sensor, a power adapter and a pump.

To get started, just pick up your smart phone and use the GARDENA smart App with EasyApp Control to control your garden from anywhere. The smart system is quick and simple to set up with EasyConfig to take you through the installation step by step. You can even integrate a smart home assistant such as your Apple Homekit or Amazon Alexa.

A key benefit is the Auto Schedule assistant for optimised watering times to keep your garden just right. The GARDENA smart Water Control works in harmony with the optional GARDENA smart Sensor as well as taking your required schedule and current weather data into consideration.

The smart Water Control can be switched on and off manually at the touch of a button. GARDENA offers a range of irrigation devices so your smart Water Control Set can be expanded with additional products from the GARDENA irrigation system; for example the Micro-Drip System or the Sprinklersystem.

If water is required immediately, irrigation can be started directly by pressing the button once more.
• Frost alarm - Thanks to an integrated temperature sensor, the smart Water Control automatically transmits a warning alarm to the GARDENA smart App before the temperatures become too cold. Then it is time to put the irrigation system out of operation and to store the device in a frost-proof area.
