This Propress appliance is covered by a 1 year return to base warranty in accordance with statutory/country-specific regulations (proof of purchase by invoice or delivery note required).
The guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at the discretion of Propress Ltd) of your machine or part of your machine if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the guarantee period. This includes all parts and labour required to get the machine working properly again without charge.
What is not covered?
Please note that this guarantee excludes the use for commercial or hire purposes.
Do not attempt to use any descaling agent, this will damage the element & invalidate warranty coverage. The MINI must be used with de-ionised or distilled water.
Normal wear and tear, overfilling and improper use, non-compliance with instructions and user maintenance and damage from incorrect power supply is excluded from the guarantee.
Damage caused by scale build up, impact, use of additives, dirty water and fabric freshening sprays is excluded from the guarantee.
The guarantee will be void if the steamer has been modified or repaired by a non-authorised repairer or if non OEM parts have been used.
