Delighted with product and service

I bought this Karcher steam cleaner to replace the SC3 which I’d had for three years. The SC4 is very efficient and easy to use. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.

This is a new acquisition for me , so I cannot comment on reliability. I purchased it after much research as a replacement for Polti 1500. The Polti was a far more sophisticated and more expensive machine with many attachments. The Kercher is fine for what I expect it to do. It is light to move and reasonable to store. It is easy to fill and re-fill without turning off power. It heats up quickly and does a good job. This makes it far more convenient to use and much cheaper to run. I can recommend it. I wish Polti would answer my on line message to them. I don't use the phone as I am deaf.

Fantastic service and communication from Cleanstore. We chose the SC4 rather than the SC5 as we couldn't justify the much higher price for the SC5, The SC4 is perfect for our needs, which is primarily to clean kitchen and bathroom floors. Would definitely recommend this product however as others have previously stated it would be helpful to have a longer power cable and ideally one that self retracted.

Simple to use. Very efficient. Glad I went for higher spec. You definitely get what you pay for. Cleanstore kept me informed right the way through. Very professional.

One downside would be the length of cable. Constantly having to move plug or use extension

This might sound sad but I’m not quite sure how I lived without one of these. They’re incredible. So easy to use. Fast too. I’ve become a bit obsessed with it. You won’t regret buying one.

I have used the steam cleaner on vinyl floors, inside the oven, outside oven to clean around fiddly areas, the shower tiles , surround and glass, mirrors and windows. Minimum effort is required to use the machine and I am pleased with the results.
