Cannot fault product or company, fast and efficient delivery! I am conscious about hygiene and cleanliness in my restaurant, initially I was going to hire a steamer out but the price for hire was really high, so instead I purchased my own and started using that on my kitchen appliances, floor and bathroom tiles, and upholstery. This is the second KArcher steam cleaner I have had my first one I bought around 2000 and it lasted almost 15 years. this one is an improved model in that it has an extra water tank and improved floor cloth retaining clips. I am delighted with my new steam cleaner it does an excellent job and is much easier to transport with it's carrying trolley. shop around to get a good price which I found at clean store it was much more expensive from other suppliers.
