A brilliant product. Only snag is not easy to use on carpets. Would be better with a carpet glider as like most other steamers. If it had this it would be truely perfect.

Would recommend
Fantastic price, delivered quickly, nice and easy to use, takes a little while to heat up but like a kettle. Hard floors are easy but carpet freshening is a little tricky but ok. Would recommend this product every time.

Fantastic product, amazing price and speedy delivery. Very impressed with clean store, the parcel arrived very quickly, was tracked and I was kept fully informed of where it was and when it would arrive. Would recommend them and would definitely purchase from them in the future.

Brilliant buy.
Only delivered yesterday and I'm half way through DEEP cleaning my ceramic tiled kitchen floor, which over the years, has built up some difficult to mop, greasy deposits. The round brush attachment is perfect for this and the residue simply wipes away. It's still quite slow work but success is a motivator! I can't wait to start in the bathroom. Great value.

Karcher SC1020 Steam Cleaner Bundle
Very happy with the Karcher Steam Cleaner. It was good to get the extra brushes and cloths - Good Value. I have used it for lots of different jobs, ie cleaning the oven, shower, mirrors, and floors and it works really well without a lot of hassle. It is easy to use. It would be nice to have an indicator so that you know how much water is left. But so far it hasn't been a problem, and I have managed to do a lot of jobs on one tank full of water and not run out. I am really pleased with my purchase. I have bought 2 9-in-1 steam cleaners so far this year first one lasted 6 weeks and second not much more than that. They are just to flimsy to do the job. I should have just bought the Karcher in the first place and saved myself some money.

Karcher SC1020 Premium Steam Cleaner
Very well designed steam cleaner... has plenty of power and a great selection of tools in the bundle, the 1l tank gives plenty of cleaning before needing a refil... I have given the product 5 stars on reliability but this has yet to be tested.

excellent value
This is a replacement steam cleaner for my 20 year old one. It is so much easier to set up and use with excellent results. The price is extremely good with plenty of extras AND the delivery was 1st rate - ordered Wednesday evening 8pm delivered Friday morning 11.30am. What more could I ask

Karcher Steam Cleaner SC1020
The floor cleaner seems to work well so far, although it needs several goes to clean a tiled floor the first time to get the grime of past years up despite mop cleaning. A useful tool but I wouldn't say a miracle worker so far!

Exceptional Results
This steam cleaner performed far better than I expected. It coped with cleaning grout and limestone floor tiles in an extremely large kitchen area. The results were unbelievable. I also used the window attachment for the shower cubicles glass panels and also on my patio door and the results were satisfactory but did not remove limescale but that was to be expected. Around the toilet rims were also tackled and again very pleased with results. Only had the product for a few days so cannot comment on longevity. Hopefully it will not sieze up like some steam cleaners when not used for a while.
