The Cobra Multi-Tool range has been expertly designed in the U.K to cater specifically for the changing conditions of the British garden.
The Cobra MTX230C 5-in-1 Multi-Tool is powered by a Cobra 23cc S-Series engine. It includes 4 quality attachments - grass trimmer, brushcutter, pole pruner & long reach hedgecutter.
The new range of high specification S-Series engines from Cobra offer an environmentally friendly, low emission engine which is fitted to Cobra petrol Brushcutters and Multi-Tools. These engines meet the latest EU directive EU-V for emissions, plus they have a high power to weight ratio, making the toughest gardening tasks easier and less tiring.
The Cobra MTX230C Multi-Tool comes complete with a nylon line tap 'n' go grass trimmer attachment for mowing and thinning. Also included is a robust guard for increased operator safety. The quality nylon line is automatically readjusted by simply tapping the cutting head on the ground. The newly released line is then cut to the optimum operational length as you continue using your trimmer.
Experience faster, cleaner and more effective cutting with the Cobra MTX230C's brushcutting Tri-Blade. The heavy duty metal blade makes clearing larger areas of brambles, shrubs and saplings even easier. The result is a cleaner cutting system, stopping clogging enabling more efficient use of energy and easier handling.
The MTX230C's pole pruner comes complete with a 72cm shaft and is fitted with a 30cm / 12" high quality chainsaw bar and chain. There are many reasons for pruning trees. Pruning will make trees safer, encourages further growth, increasing vigor and health and will make your garden even tidier.
The inclusive MTX230C long reach hedge trimmer also comes complete with a 62cm / 24" double sided cutting blade with 30mm tooth spacing. Double sided blades are more suitable for shaping, as you can alter the direction of the cut without moving around as much and with extra versatility. The innovative design of the articulating head means that you can easily and smoothly adjust the angle of the cutting blades through 180° at varying increments.
New E10 Fuel & your Cobra
As you may be aware the current grade of petrol has recently changed in the UK to E10. E10 has been used in mainland Europe for some time & there have not been any major problems reported with its use in lawn mowers & garden tools.
We would however recommend the following to prolong the life of your Cobra:
- At the end of the season, or if you're not going to use your Cobra for a long period of time, drain or run the fuel tank dry
- If you're using E10 use Briggs & Stratton Fuel Fit additive
- You can always opt for Premium Unleaded fuel

This quality Cobra product carries a full two year domestic use warranty. This covers the machine for faulty or defective parts during the two year period. Please note this does not cover wear & tear and consumable parts such as blades, bags and wheels.
Using the machine for commercial / industrial use will result in the warranty being invalidated.
