Prevents fuel problems. Period.

Todays ethanol-blend fuels can damage engines by attracting moisture. Ethanol readily bonds with atmospheric moisture creating an ethanol-water mix, which is highly corrosive for engine parts. Fuel also begins to degrade almost as soon as you pump it. Gums & varnishes are formed that can stick valves & clog fuel lines & carburetor jets, resulting in severe starting problems, poor engine performance, overheating & fuel leakage.

Briggs & Stratton’s Fuel Fit® keeps fuel fresh & protects engines better than ever before. Fuel Fit® not only keeps the carburettor clean for easy starting but now also protects against the corrosive effects of ethanol and maintains fuel stability for up to 3 years.

Features

  • 3 Year Protection - prevents against stale fuel & stabilises fuel up to 3 years
  • Corrosion Inhibitors - guards metal engine components from rust & corrosion
  • Cleaning Detergent - cleans the fuel system while the engine runs
  • Safe for Storage Use - perfect storage stabiliser for lawn mowers, petrol pressure washers, snow blowers & other petrol powered equipment

Petrol Stabiliser
It does what it says it will do. My mower engine starts on the first pull and there is no smoke from the exhaust on starting. I have not tried to start the engine after a long lay of but presume that the stabiliser in the petrol will work.
