EGO’s latest innovation features auto-sensors which monitor and automatically feed the length of line so there’s no bump needed. Coupled with EGO’s patented Powerload™ Technology, it’s designed to eliminate the usual hassle so you can focus on the job at hand.
The ST1610E-T includes a quick-adjust auxillary loop handle for balanced and comfortable operation as well as a 2.4mm nylon twist line, and features a clockwise cutting rotation. A plastic guard is fitted on the head to protect the user from debris which will be stirred up during use.

Ego are so confident in the performance of their tools that this product carries a full five year domestic use warranty when you register here within 30 days of purchase. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse (including overloading of the product beyond capacity and excessive exposure to water or rain), accidents, modification, alteration, neglect or lack of proper installation and improper maintenance or storage. This warranty will also not cover parts or consumable accessories subject to wear & tear during use. Inclusive batteries are covered by a 3 year warranty when the machine is registered with Ego within 30 days of purchase.
How the warranty works: If you have a problem with the machine during the first 28 days, please report the issue to Cleanstore through your account and we will replace your product by return. After this period the warranty is undertaken by Ego & as such you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to report a warranty issue.
