This quality Billy Goat product carries a full one year professional use warranty. This covers the machine for faulty or defective parts during the one year period. Please note this does not cover wear & tear and consumable parts such as blades, bags and wheels.
This warranty covers both professional & domestic use of the machine.
How the warranty works: If you have a problem with the machine during the first 28 days, please report the issue to Cleanstore through your account and we will replace your product by return. After this period the warranty is undertaken by Billy Goat & as such you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to find the location of a local repair centre.
