Protek Royal Exterior Wood Finish 5L (Anthracite Grey)

Protek Royal Exterior Wood Finish - Anthracite Grey is a dark, brooding grey, a carbon copy of the off-black shade of coal. Old tired timber can be easily rejuvenated with this striking colour that is strong enough to overcoat old colour treatments bringing them up to date with modern design trends.

This high performance Protek product features a quick drying time and good scuff resistance. Anthracite Grey offers a translucent satin-matt finish with good grain enhancement for both smooth & rough timber. A second coat increases the opacity giving a richer deeper colour and a third coat will produce a hard gloss finish.

Advice: It is recommended that 2 – 3 coats be applied. Protek Royal is a high-build formulation so each extra coat increases the colour and sheen. If applying to bare timber a knotting agent should be used prior to application. When applied to floorboards a top coat of breathable polyurethane sealant or varnish should be applied to protect against heavy foot traffic.
