Harry pet cleaner

I love a Henry but just wish they would do an anti hair wrap tool, food for thought manufacturer, they go on forever and have a long lead unless you go cordless

Harry hoover

Harry Hoover is brilliant, I've got 3 cats that shed alot so this was perfect for us. Really easy to use. Delivery was received really quickly even with the covid19 situation just starting, communication was great and was easy to set up and start using.

Great Product

Have not rated reliability as only used it for about a week! However, very pleased with the standard of cleaning (especially on carpets where our dog has shed hair!), and the suction power. Do note that you must hold the pipe and head at about a 45 degree angle to the floor - this makes for perfect suction. If you hold the pipe in a more upright position you will find the suction is too strong, and you will be unable to move the cleaner head across the carpet and will end up lifting the carpet instead. The machine is not nearly as heavy as our previous Henry. The only drawback is that the instruction leaflet is not clear in parts - one picture shows a cleaner head having a metal pin to pull out to clear blockages, but in fact it is a pin fixed in the factory during assembly and clearly not for that purpose. Also there is one piece which we still cannot work out what to use it for!

A welcome addition to the family!

We recently welcomed Harry to our family following the departure of his predecessor, Henry, who had been with us for approx 30 years! We are delighted with Harry who is doing an excellent job. Very impressed with all the tools that are supplied with the machine, it is light weight and easy to move. The machine was purchased at a very competitive price and was well packaged to ensure no damage was caused in transit. The speed of delivery from the time of the order being placed to actual receipt was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to everyone at Cleanstore for a first class shopping experience.
