HG Parquet Protector Gloss (product 51) Reviews

I look after the wooden floors in our village hall, it is used for everything from keep-fit classes to puppy training to tap-dancing (plus a few gentler actives!). So it gets a bit of wear. We have had the floor professionally sanded and varnished about 8 years ago and really thought it needed doing again but decided to give HG51 a try. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review on all aspects because the result is totally amazing. First tried it about a year ago and only had time to do one coat - it was still a huge improvement. And it lasted a long time. But this year gave the recommended two coats and it is stunning. My recommendation would be to do one or two coats once or twice a year. Get a plant sprayer from a garden centre for application and a "flat duster" type of mop. Very quick to do a coat if one person sprays and the other person mops, but I've done it by myself too. Our main hall floor is about 8m x 8m and one bottle is more than you need for 1 coat but not enough for 2 coats.
