Very saisfied, had lots of vac's over the years,this is by far the best yet, short troublesome dog hairs don't stand a chance. Lots of spares available at reasonable prices if you should need them, have not had the vac long enough to evaluate its reliability. JR.

Already had a Henry, decided to buy another one when I could afford it for upstair's as they are heavy but one of the best Vacs I've ever had.

Just bought the Xtra version after having several Henry's over the years. This one is excellent - the special head for carpets makes it so much easier!! 10 out of 10!

Fast delivery by Cleanstore, great little vacuum cleaner that is fairly quiet but has plenty of suction and a good selection of accessories. Only negative I can think of is only 1 tool clip for storage, however for me its not a problem.

THIS HOOVER IS SO GOOD, MORE THAN LIVES UP TO ITS REPUTATION,THE AIRFLOW HEAD PICKS UP MY CATS HAIR EASILY AS THEY SHEDD FUR FOR BRITAIN SO MUCH LESS HARD WORK .CLEANSTORE WAS THE BEST PRICE AFTER RESEARCHING OTHER SITES AND FREE VERY FAST DELIVERY. TICKS ALL BOXES FOR MY HOUSEHOLD USES AND WILL BE BUYING A SECOND HENRY SOON FOR UPSTAIRES OF PROPERTY .I WILL RECCOMEND THIS MODEL OVER ALL OTHER BRANDS.

Henry extra is really worth buying. The Airobrush is excellent. Had bought a cheap vacuum to save money. Everytime I clean I can see a visible difference. Henry is an excellent and essential household product. Cleanstore delivery end price was the best after looking at other websites. You won't get it cheaper anywhere else. Also beware if the old henry model.

The cleaner was ordered on Monday late afternoon and arrived first thing Wednesday morning.I am 84 with very limited vision and with some paralisis in both hands it was up and running in10 minutes,and the results were truly amazing.A great product,supplied by a most efficient and courteous firm. Faultless.
