Excellent service from Cleanstore - perfectly informative about the delivery details and everything went quickly and smoothly. The vacuum itself is brilliant, exceeded my expectations and is AMAZING. It's much quieter than my old vaccum, better suction, longer hose, longer cable, a dream on stairs, tons of extra kit, it even has options for tallershorter people (I'm tall so no more hunching over to vacuum). Since my 20 year old Dyson, which has been so good all those years has lost its suction, I decided to get a new vacume cleaner. So I decided to give this new extra Henry Xtra a go. Really impressed that such a low priced vacume cleaner could be so good. Everything about Henry is great, powerful suction, ease of use, all the tools u want and light to handle. I love it. Bought a Henry for the first time after hearing such good reports. Had a query on the model so made a phone call to cleanstore - really knowledgeable advisor helped with additional information. Delivery came within just a couple of days and am delighted with the performance of the hoover and cleanstore.

Henry Extra is the best hoover I have had in years. I have always purchased Dysons but was bitterly disappointed with my last one (DC50 Animal) as it was always falling over and forever blocking up and needing to be emptied. The Henry extra is simple to use and very efficient. The suction is fantastic and its easy to change the accessories.

got the henry for my mum ,much less effort than a upright and with the xtra red brush just as good on sculpted carpet . and no expensive filters to replace constantly and very reasonably priced spare parts and bags

Fabulous! The best vacuum I have ever had. I've had top end Dyson's and this beats them in my opinion. The suction is superb you can really feel the power and know that it's cleaning the carpetsfloors superbly. It works well on all types of floors. The amazing thing for me was not only the power but how quiet it really is. I would highly recommend this product and Cleanstore. Faultless company from the ordering to the super quick delivery.
