Brought Hetty 2008 and this is the first floor tool replacement. It fits really well perfect. The results are amazing so it needed to be replaced. One annoying snag is that the brush for the smooth floors is slightly lower on the carpet so makes it hard work when hoovering the carpets. Apart from that it's an excellent replacement.

Our church bought our 'Henry' (Numatic sweeper) from Cleanstore in 2011, and it is used throughout the building several times a week, so the brush and pads had got worn after 5 years of service. Hopefully the new brush will last as well as the previous one!
