We brought this cleaner for business use and it's so far It's done an excellent job. We wanted a small powerful cleaner that could be moved and operated by one person rather than a bigger machine. It's easy to assemble and has good suction whilst being robust. We use decent detergents and a defoamer which is half the battle.

At less than a year old my machine failed, one of the vacuum motors stopped ond one is busy going rotten with rust, when i returned the machine to cleanstore i was informed that the guaratee did not cover this repair.
Comment from Cleanstore:
The reason that the motors fail is that water and chemical, or foam is been sucked through the motor. The fact that the motor is rusting so quickly proves this. Users must ensure that a low foaming chemical is used through the machine at the correct dilution. To be completely safe, use a liquid or powdered defoamer in the waste tank. Unfortunately a manufacturer will not accept this kind of fault as warranty as the motor has not failed through manufacture but misuse. Hope this helps other users.
