Only used machine a couple of times but quite impressed with its cleaning ability. Especially the hand tool I was asked to clean a very badly stained sofa and it's come up like new. Happy customers. Fairly light to move around and lift in and out of car. Easy to use.

We bought this machine to clean small areas of carpet as an extra service for our Domestic Cleaning Company. We tried the Rug Doctor Mighty Pro which was very good but a bit to noisy and cumbersome for us, so we took a chance with this machine. We also purchased the hand tool and hose extension. We have used it quite a bit now for both upholstery and carpet cleaning and found it to be excellent! Didn't think there was so much dirt in carpets! The water recovery is excellent and the carpets are almost dry when finshed. It is easy to use and the Prochem Quality shines through over the Rug Doctor. Well worth the extra money. The free 1 day training voucher was also very useful.
